Homemade BBQ corn
Homemade BBQ corn with a decadent cream sauce
Ingredients:
2 Qt fresh corn kernels
2 T shop shallots
2 t chopped garlic
1 C heavy cream
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1 T BBQ sauce.
1 T chives.
3 strips thick bacon diced
Directions:
- -Saute bacon to render fat
- -Strain some of the fat and leave about 2 tsp of fat in pan
- -Add shallots, garlic, corn and sautee a few minutes
- -Add heavy cream and BBq sauce, reduce until thickens
- -Add chives and parmesan cheese as topping
