As a culinary hub of Orange County, 4th St Market is filled with creative chefs, food artisans, and small business entrepreneurs. Because of their dedication to incubation and the fostering of budding talent, the food hall experiences an evolution of tenants annually, which the market fully embraces. With it’s easily interchangeable units and minimal barriers to entry, 4th St Market was created for this purpose of ever-changing vendors, all of whom offer unique and flavorful fare. As some concepts grow out of the space, and new ones come in, the 4th Street Market community thrives off of the annual change.
This year, they bid adieu to: Falasophy, Graze, Jinny’s Pizzeria, Red Envelope, and Wingman, and warmly welcome: All Flavor No Grease, Ground House, La Vegana Mexicana, Steel Pan Pizza, and more. The 4th Street Market team is excited to host these new eateries, as they are dedicated to innovation and the process of moving forward in the foodie-universe.
4th St Market’s newest tenant, All Flavor No Grease will be opened to the public from Monday to Saturday with catering also available to customers. From slaying quesadillas on a plancha in his front yard to one of LA’s favorite food trucks, Chef Keith Garrett (aka Chef Ocho) of All Flavor No Grease is bringing his outstanding street food to 4th St Market. With his massive social media following and faithful fan-base, Chef Ocho has made a name for himself – a Chef dedicated to pleasing the people and smiling along the way.
