Longtime followers and new guests alike can now enjoy their signature gourmet sandwiches, that the owners hope will evoke childhood memories, in a modern and contemporary setting. Every sandwich from their meats to their sauces is created by Chef and Owner Paul Cao, who focuses on using ingredients that are made in-house.
