Chef Ryan Adam’s of Laguna Beach’s Three-Seventy Common’ Buttermilk Fried Chicken is now open. We have been looking forward to this new comfort spot opening this Spring in Old Towne Orange.
With an emphasis on fried-chicken, Adam’s uses his grandmothers dry cure method and has stuck by it with his 370 Common’s Fried Chicken Sunday Suppers. When he heard of location availability, he jumped on it immediately. His scouting in Orange County landed in Old Towne, where he’s always felt very comfortable. Focused on a “fine casual” environment, the chef put his energy towards a modernized farm-look type of ambience.
It will be open late so that Chapman students can get their fix with a late night item called “The Mop,” featuring a fried chicken sandwich with an egg, gravy, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
