Cal Mare – Los Angeles – November 2019 – 2 Yr – Anniversary

Cal Mare, a Michael Mina restaurant, opened in November, 2017 in Los Angeles.

Cal, short for California, meets Mare, meaning “sea” in Italian, at Chef/Partner Adam Sobel’s upcoming restaurant. Located on the ground floor of the newly designed Beverly Center in Los Angeles, the restaurant will serve a menu that highlights seafood from both the Mediterranean and Pacific Ocean, as well as fresh handmade pastas and brick over pizzas.
