Jimboy’s Tacos, which recently announced a franchise agreement to open 20 restaurants throughout Southern California, is thrilled to reveal that its first location in association with this deal has opened in Huntington Beach this winter. Jimboy’s Tacos will operate in the space formerly occupied by Johnny Rockets on the corner of 5th St. and Pacific Coast Highway.
A beloved Northern California staple since 1954, Jimboy’s is famous for its parmesan-dusted tacos. Currently operating in Aliso Viejo and Anaheim, the new Huntington Beach location IS the first in the 38-unit system to feature the company’s new prototype.
