Hatch is located within Union Market Tustin, one of the many ever-growing Orange County shopping and food-focused centers.
On Saturday March 26, 2016 Hatch will open its doors to provide OC foodies and visitors alike with an eye-catching menu, filled with creative sliders, craft beer and top-notch Tiki drinks. Small bites are how it’s done at this new Tustin eatery, allowing everyone to experience multiple flavor combinations courtesy of the playful lineup of dishes. At the core of this menu is their selection of unique sliders, offered in trios. Proteins include beef, duck, and more with multiple bun options that range from your classic brioche, to a mac and cheese bun.
