Pita Pita, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant, opened a new location in Costa Mesa in February, 2019.
It is the first and only establishment with iPourIt’s self-serve technology in Costa Mesa, California. iPourIt installs a beer wall consisting of 12 self-serve taps. This is owner’s Haitham Hammad’s third Pita Pita location, but the first with a self-serve beer wall.
Hammad first contacted iPourIt in February 2018 with an interest in the self-pour concept. “One of the reasons for our success at Pita Pita is our variety of fresh, whole ingredients and our guests having the ability to build their own salads and bowls. Bringing iPourit’s technology into our restaurant just makes sense, as we are all about giving our guests the freedom to choose exactly what goes on their plate, and now they will also have the ability to sample and choose their beer and wine as they wish,” says Hammad.
Pita Pita features a fresh and flavorful menu with authentic recipes, Mediterranean flavors, and whole ingredients. Their menu is made to order without reheating or microwaving. The new Costa Mesa location offers 12 self-serve taps, featuring rotating craft beers, wines and ciders. The self-serve beer wall offers Pita Pita patrons a new experience, allowing them to pour their own beverages and pay by the pour. Reflecting Pita Pita’s customizable menu, iPourIt’s self-serve technology offers patrons the freedom to choose how much they pour and what they pour while avoiding long lines.
