Ruby’s Diner hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the official grand opening of the Outlets at San Clemente location in March 2017, featuring City of San Clemente elected representatives and San Clemente Chamber of Commerce leaders.
Since its first location opened at the Balboa Pier in 1982, Ruby’s Diner has served millions of guests – but the new Ruby’s Diner at Outlets at San Clemente is unlike any other. This is among the few locations to offer premium wine and beer – a welcomed respite for shoppers – and the first in Orange County to include a walk-up in-diner ice cream shop. The location also features an outdoor, pet-friendly patio with fire pits and a private Tiki Room for birthday parties or small gatherings. The Tiki Room can seat up to 20 guests and is free of charge.
Celebrating 35 years of success in 2017, Ruby’s Diner serves up America’s favorite burgers, hand-made milkshakes, and delicious fries in addition to a wide selection of breakfast entrees. Ruby’s Diner at Outlets at San Clemente will mark the brand’s 33rd location.
After the ribbon-cutting celebration, Ruby’s Diner will offer guests an array of complimentary breakfast bites from the menu, including Cinnamon Roll French Toast, scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes.
Ruby’s Diner at Outlets at San Clemente will also host grand opening weekend celebrations March 25-26, featuring special promotions, giveaways and activities. This family-friendly event will feature face painters and balloon artists all weekend long. Special promotions include $3 short stack pancakes-and-coffee specials, and $2 single-scoops of ice cream to showcase the unique ice cream parlor. A $5 burger, drink, and fries meal combo will also be available with an upgrade to a milkshake for an extra $2. From 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., guests can also enjoy live music from local bands.
