Taqueria De Anda – Huntington Beach – November 2022 – 1 Year – Anniversary

Taqueria De Anda Tacos

Taqueria De Anda, the family-owned restaurant chain serving mouthwatering street tacos and other authentic Mexican fare, has announced its newest location that is set to officially open in Huntington Beach on November 8, 2021. With twelve locations spanning from LA County to South Orange County, Taqueria De Anda’s thirteenth restaurant will be located at 17969 Beach Boulevard.

The new Huntington Beach location will be a Taqueria De Anda Grill – akin to the Mission Viejo and Lake Forest locations – which provides an elevated dining experience with the addition of high-quality angus beef, mouthwatering chorizo and bacon breakfast burritos, shrimp tacos, and ice-cold beer.

“Authenticity and tradition have always been the foundation of our family-owned and operated business,” said Jaime De Anda, partner at Taqueria De Anda. “We are grateful for the opportunity to continue to expand our presence across Southern California and provide the community with a taste of Mexico through our fresh and traditional ingredients.”

Taqueria De Anda started as a taco truck in the parking lot of a gas station and quickly grew into a successful brick and mortar business with the most sought-after street tacos in town. The Taqueria De Anda concept is simple yet tasty, and each taco carries the true characteristics of what a real Mexican street taco should be. Aside from the classic meat offerings including al pastor, carnitas, carne asada, pollo, and chorizo, they also offer next-level authenticity with their Mexican meats such as cabeza, lengua, and buche, which are all fun and traditional crowd-pleasers. Toppings include cilantro, lime, onion, and signature salsa – allowing each taco to spark your tastebuds with unmatched flavor.

The signature salsa is Guadalupe De Anda’s secret homemade recipe that has been carried on for many years, and only close family members know the top-secret ingredients that make up this inimitable salsa.

“We are so excited to bring our concept to the Huntington Beach community and look forward to seamlessly adding to Surf City’s culinary landscape with the most authentic Mexican cuisine.”

The new Huntington Beach location will operate daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. This 2,000 square foot renovation will have a total of 40 seats inside and is complete with a traditional Mexican design. About Taqueria De Anda

Rafael “Don Rafa” De Anda founded Taqueria De Anda in the small town of Arandas, Mexico. Don Rafa used to work his taco cart around Mexico City in the 1950s before he introduced his brand to the United States. In 1973, both Don Rafa and his wife Guadalupe De Anda moved to Southern California and began growing their family while trying to find the same fresh ingredients and delicious food they once enjoyed, but ultimately caught a dead end. They sought out for a solution and founded Taqueria De Anda where they offered the most authentic “Mexican Taco” to their community. More than 40 years later, the family business has expanded to 13 locations with the sons and daughters of Don Rafa and Guadalupe continuing their legacy.
