The Water Brewery just opened a second location in Costa Mesa! The original location has been open for 6 years and sells re-stuctured and re-mineralized alkaline water.
The new location on Victoria just up the hill from Brookhurst in Costa Mesa and just finished with construction. It is really large with a kitchen built out and cafe inside the shop. M-F lunch and dinner. It is 100% organic vegetarian, with much of the produce from their urban farm. It’s order at the counter, but they have a full sit down cafe, and, of course, all items are offered to go as well! Chef Raya Belna is co-chef.
