Since its inception, Mint Indian Restaurant has become a local destination for Indian & Pakistani cuisine in south Orange County. The restaurant, which is a sister concept to Michelin-acknowledged Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen in Fullerton, CA, offers 100% halal dining and alcohol-free crafted mocktails. In May 2022, two weeks before the restaurant was set to unveil its renovated menu and space with a Grand Reopening, Mint restaurant fell victim to a fire causing its temporary closure. With a mission to reinvent the perceptions of the region's cuisine in an innovative and elevated way, Mint’s plans are to rebuild and reopen as soon as possible to, once again, offer guests the opportunity to experience the truest extent of thoughtfully curated Indian and Pakistani culture.
