The Kroft was founded by two food enthusiasts who love to travel and be inspired by different tastes from around the world. Their eagerness to share their food creations with family and friends led them to opening The Kroft.

The vision was to create a farm-to-table menu, inspired by the idea of bringing the “small farm” into the kitchen and serving this freshness on a plate. Their mission was to reinvent comfort food, making familiar dishes with an innovative twist, using fresh, local, organic, sustainable, and seasonal ingredients (F.L.O.S.S.).

Available to savor at The Kroft will be an array of market-inspired sandwiches and poutines, Canadian-French specialty fries. All the produce and quality meats in their dishes will be purchased from local farmers in the area. The result is a variety of brilliantly reinvented sandwiches, prepared with nothing but the freshest ingredients, succulent meats hot off the rotisserie, and customized bread from an artisan baker. The poutines are made from hand-cut potatoes, double fried to perfection, and piled with fresh cheese curds, homemade gravies and signature toppings. Adding more comfort to your meal to entice your culinary senses are delectable sides, dipping sauces, soups, and refreshments all made from scratch, in house at The Kroft.
