Chefs, chefs-in-training, caterers and other culinary professionals are invited to compete for a total of $5,000 cash and prizes in the “California Wild Rice Rocks My World Recipe Rumble”. The California Wild Rice Advisory Board is sponsoring the contest. The “California Wild Rice Rocks My World Recipe Rumble” kicks off September 1, just in time for the month-long celebration of California Wild Rice Month. The contest closes February 28.
