Banh Xeo Boys are now open for business in the new Rodeo 39 Public Market. Banh Xeo Boys specialize in truly authentic Vietnamese crepes. These savory Vietnamese pancakes are made from flour and rice and are traditionally filled with pork, shrimp, bean sprouts, and onions – dipped in delicious fish sauce. You can also order them any way you like (or try the vegan and chicken options too).
Dedicated to authenticity, the boys went to Vietnam to learn how to properly prepare these dishes from scratch, learning to perfect their craft before launching Banh Xeo Boys here in the US. Banh Xeo Boys is the spot to check out if you are looking for truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
