Calivino was created with one word in mind: "Eclectic". This means we aren't following any one system, but, instead, we're selecting and using what are considered the best elements of all systems. Using this concept, our wine list, in conjunction with our food menu, was created specifically to give the novice taster an experience typically reserved for professional palates. Calivino was founded by Daniel Bradley, who is known for his passion for customer service and carries vast knowledge of his food and drink selections.
