Ginger's will only be open three days a week on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays. And it will host only one 12-person seating per night at 7 p.m. where Chef Jason Witzl will prepare a multi-course dinner that will start with family-style courses followed by individually plated dishes. It will cost $65 per person with an optional wine pairing for an additional $35.
