Pitfire Artisan Pizza, Paul Hibler's Los Angeles-based restaurant company known for its signature rustic, fire singed pizzas, and handcrafted cuisine with simple fresh ingredients, will officially open the doors of its Pasadena location at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 4. To celebrate, Pitfire has partnered with the Pasadena Education Foundation, and will donate 100% of the net proceeds from all dine-in and take out sales on opening day from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. to the organization, helping to directly support Pasadena Unified School District teachers in their classrooms.
