In 2015, Christine Ferrian became a partner and CFO of OC Local Honey.com and is also active with the Orange County Beekeepers Association. She has enjoyed the hobby of beekeeping since 2011.
What Christine and Amy love best about their business is giving people access to different varieties of local honey and teaching the public about tastings and pairings. They do honey tastings for corporate events, fairs, festivals, and private events. Most people don’t realize that the flavor, color, and consistency of honey is determined by the nectar that the bees collect.
