Chef Elvis Morales
Executive Chef Elvis Morales has been with River Jetty Restaurant Group (RJRG) for over five years and assisted in the opening of CdM Restaurant in March 2019. Previously, Morales spent four years as a prep cook at A Restaurant during the day while simultaneously working at Mastro’s Steakhouse in the evenings as one of the top grill chefs. Armed with a tremendous work ethic, Morales is grateful for the opportunity to expand his creativity in his new leadership role.
With extensive culinary knowledge and a commitment to perfection, Morales continues to deliver the restaurants’ signature dishes and creative seasonal specials utilizing only the highest quality ingredients.
