Chef Scollon, a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, is now Executive Chef for Las Brisas, with a diverse culinary background and wide range of experience. Before joining the Las Brisas team, Scollon was the Executive Chef for a small restaurant group in Culver City, CA, specializing in a high-end gastropub style fair. Prior to that, he worked in several upscale kitchens including Hatfield’s, a Michelin star-rated restaurant in Beverly Hills, and spent several years as the executive sous chef for the Tavistock Restaurant Collection.

Now available in Las Brisas’ renovated bar and lounge is a new Happy Hour menu featuring discounted entrees and appetizers, to be paired along with signature cocktails, beers and wine.

Happy hour is served from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, and live music performances goes on between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the bar and lounge.
