Chef Joe Youkhan (Food Network’s “Chopped” Champion, Featured Chef in Best Chefs of Orange County ‘05, Creator of Orange Coast Magazines, “Top 50 dishes of all time”, Ritz Carlton Five Star Award Recipient, and more) has set out to provide Smörgåsburger’s guests with an affordable and approachable menu featuring high quality burgers and hand-cut fries. All of their burgers include two fresh certified angus beef patties and artisanal house-made toppings served between garlic-herb portuguese buns.
