Chef Luis Martinez
Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Executive Chef, Luis Martinez, was awarded the top prize in the Unique Side category of the 10th Annual Landry’s Iron Chef Competition, a culinary contest in which the company’s most talented executive chefs from coast to coast compete for the title of Landry’ Iron Chef. Chef Martinez won for his Cauliflower Mac & Cheese dish.
