Chef Manny Velasco has 22 years of experience in professional fine dining restaurants such as French 75 and Savannah Chophouse. After being an executive chef, Manny opened Sol Agave food truck. It was such a success he opened Sol Agave San Juan Capistrano along with Sol Agave Mission Viejo restaurant. “I don’t see my success as what I’ve done, I’ve won awards such as @goldenfoodies and much more. My success is based on where I’m going with my team that I grow with for all of you”! Along with Chef Manny, Chef Eddie Perez will be a chef-owner of Xclusive Taqueria Moderna and a secret chef is coming along for this culinary adventure as the 3rd owner, Chef and operating partner. Manny is building a dream team, every partner’s dream is to own a restaurant to go along with the Xclusive Food Truck, Xclusive Catering, and Xclusive private home Chef dinners.
