Chef Manny Velasco has 22 years of experience in professional fine dining restaurants such as French 75 and Savannah Chophouse. After being an executive chef, Manny opened Sol Agave food truck. It was such a success he opened Sol Agave San Juan Capistrano along with Sol Agave Mission Viejo restaurant. “I don’t see my success as what I’ve done, I’ve won awards such as @goldenfoodies and much more. My success is based on where I’m going with my team that I grow with for all of you”! Along with Chef Manny, Chef Eddie Perez will be a chef-owner of Xclusive Taqueria Moderna and a secret chef is coming along for this culinary adventure as the 3rd owner, Chef and operating partner. Manny is building a dream team, every partner’s dream is to own a restaurant to go along with the Xclusive Food Truck, Xclusive Catering, and Xclusive private home Chef dinners. Sol Agave, is now serving Sunday brunch at its Kaleidoscope location in Mission Viejo. Known for its authentic Mexican cuisine, the buffet-style brunch is available from 10am to 2pm every Sunday.
Sol Agave’s brunch includes a wide selection of seafood, including shrimp, salmon, fresh seasonal fish, grilled vegetables, fresh fruit, salads, pozole, chili verde, pollo a la chipotle, and assorted tacos with grilled meat and fresh house-made corn tortillas.
The brunch is only $25 for adults, $12 for kids to age 12, and children 4 and under can eat free. During brunch, guests can also enjoy $3 mimosas and $5 micheladas and bloody agave cocktails.
