Chef Markus Hagan is the Executive Chef of The Cannery Seafood of the Pacific. The Cannery’s Menu features a variety of fresh seafood, steaks, chicken, salads and the finest sushi and sashimi in Newport Beach. The kitchen uses only wild, line-caught fish, and all of their meat is certified Angus beef.
