Chef Oscar Gonzalez

Chef and Founder Oscar Gonzalez is proud to be opening his first storefront at 4th Street Market with The Golden Hot Fried Chicken. With flavor, comfort and soul at the core at his menu, he will be bringing Nashville-inspired golden fried chicken and various side dishes to the table.

All chicken is hormone and antibiotic-free, sauces are made in-house, and each item is prepared with Chef Oscar’s favorite ingredient, love.
