Chef Tim Balen
Chef Tim has been in Long Beach longer than six months, but learned his cooking chops in Pullman, Washington. Prior to Berlin he worked with the Michael’s Restaurant Group and their whole animal butchery/deli Working Class Kitchen and restaurant Chianina Steakhouse.
