Spearheaded by passionate restaurateur Tony Fasulo, who has more than 35 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, including 20 years with Morton’s The Steakhouse, Old Brea Chop House will be an approachable yet upscale dining experience unlike anything offered in North Orange County.

“We are proud to open in the heart of Downtown Brea to share a memorable steakhouse experience with both locals and visitors of this vibrant community, which we are so happy to be a part of,” said Tony, Old Brea Chop House owner. “Our team has worked tirelessly to ensure we deliver on everything one should expect in a quality steakhouse experience; from the food and drinks to the service and atmosphere.
