General Manager – Bottega Angelina
Vittorio was born and raised in a small town called Ivrea, located in the Piedmont region of Italy, the land of white truffles and wines. He began his career as a server at Billia, a five-star hotel, known as one of the best spots in Northwest Italy. Next, Vittorio moved to London, working at the prestigious Grosvesnor House Hotel. He then traveled all over the world while working for Princess Cruises, finally then settling in San Diego North County where he started his first managing position for Vigilucci’s Restaurant Group. Under the same company, Vittoria opened and managed one of the finest and busiest Italian Seafood and Steakhouse in Carlsbad, even earning recognition in local media stories. In 2015, he worked at “Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana” in Del Mar for six years before joining the Bottega Angelina Team. In addition to being in management, Vittorio also holds a National Bartending School Certificate from the Court of Master Sommelier Course.
