Restaurateur Filippo Fusco
Shokoufeh was born in Tehran, Iran and grew up in Orange County. She has built a lucrative career in finance, contributing to the business development and marketing of large corporations.
Curious and adventurous from a young age as her parents traveled frequently, Shokoufeh has been exposed to a variety of cultures and cuisines throughout her life. She hasn’t stopped exploring! Filippo’s roots can be traced back to Piedimonte San Germano, Italy.
He spent years pursuing business and has seen great success as a founder and CEO of PSG Capital Partners, Fortunato Capital Management and several other management endeavors. Filippo is passionate about sharing his Italian culture through a culinary lens. Through Spectrum Restaurant Management Group, the Fuscos currently own and operate Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana in Irvine, California and Bottega Angelina in Laguna Niguel.
