Restaurateur Ken Kenwood
Family owned and operated, Kenwood’s Kitchen and Tap will offer American comfort cuisine featuring fresh, local ingredients in an upscale casual ambiance. The menu will be made from scratch daily under the direction of Executive Chef Johnny Martinez, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, with 20-years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry. Dan Kenwood will serve as Director of Operations and brings 30-years of foodservice and bartending management expertise. Co-founders Ken and Maria Kenwood bring a lifetime of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, and travel in combination with the love of hosting and entertaining to bring Kenwood’s Kitchen & Tap to Costa Mesa.
