Supporting twenty-seven different high schools in five different districts in Orange County, Regional Occupation Program (ROP) is a culinary & hospitality program that serves locations in northern Orange County and nearby portions of Los Angeles County. Cities served include Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, La Habra, La Habra Heights, La Mirada, La Palma, Los Alamitos, Placentia, Rossmoor, Seal Beach, Stanton, Whittier, and Yorba Linda. ROP provides high-quality, relevant career technical education, and prepares all students to succeed in employment, career advancement and further education. Courses available through ROP include recreation studies, restaurant management, catering & banquet directing, and culinary arts. It also offers offers career technical education coursework and career readiness training, accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
