A&O Kitchen and Bar at the Balboa Bay Resort - Newport Beach

It is the ultimate celebration of specialty craft beers, a trend that is gaining worldwide attention. The culinary team at Balboa Bay Resort, led by Executive Chef Rachael Haggstrom, has created a gastronomic weekend food and brew experience over a three-day festival October 16, 17, and 18. It is being called A&O’s (Anchors and Oceans) 1st Annual Craft Brew Fest.

On Saturday, October 17, the beer garden festival at A&O Kitchen+Bar continues with a noon time gathering offering an amazing selection of craft beer including Green Flash, Rough Draft, Dudes, Golden Road, and signature Ballast Point. Chef Haggstrom will set up food stations featuring tuna tartar, braised beef cheek sliders, poutine, Cuban pretzel panini and more. The event will take place from noon until three in the afternoon.
