4th of July Picnic Buffet

Marina Kitchenat theSan Diego Marriott Marquis & Marinais celebrating the Fourth of July with a down-home picnic buffet.The picnic menu features an assortment of holiday favorites from the kitchen of Executive Chef Aron Schwartz, including Cole Slaw Two Ways, Niman Ranch BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Jidori Fried Chicken, corn on the cob, a selection of mini pies, and more.After dinner, guests are encouraged to stay for the free fireworks display, which can be taken in from the restaurant’s magnificent view of the bay.

The Fourth of July picnic buffet takes place from 5:00 – 10:00 pm and includes a four-course buffet with appetizers, soups and salads, a selection of main and side dishes, a carving station featuring 12 Hour Roasted Brandt Beef Brisket, and a dessert station.The buffet is priced at $36.00 per adult and $12 for children 12 and under.

Guests who dine-in early can grab a seat on Marina Kitchen’s VIP Observation Deck, located on the Coronado Terrace, where they can enjoy the Big Bay Boom Fourth of July fireworks display at9:00 pmon the San Diego Bay.All diners will receive a coupon for free dessert to enjoy after dinner on the VIP Observation Deck, with a choice of Rocket Pops, ice cream cups or popsicles.A cash bar for adults will also be available.
