Dinner at EATS Kitchen & Bar is the perfect way to say “I love you.” Dates at this special Valentine’s Day event can build their own three-course dinner with beverages, while a Spanish guitarist sets the mood.
The couple first shares an appetizer such as Grilled Castroville Artichoke or Baby Scallops. Then they choose two main courses, maybe King Salmon with smoked bacon, king oyster mushroom and farmers market vegetables or Lemon Rosemary Half Chicken with heirloom carrots and mashed potatoes. A shared sweet could be Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and house-made marshmallow; Chocolate Mud Pie; or Seasonal Bread Pudding.
This Valentine’s dinner comes with the choice of a bottle of wine, two cocktails or two beers. A lovely rose gift is given upon departure.
