Mardi Gras Celebration

It’s that time again!

Celebrate Mardi Gras at Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen! There will be plenty of fun for the whole family!
This event will have live music on both floors from 6:00pm-10:00pm, specialty menu items, drink specials, mini King Cakes for dessert, and we will be crowning our Jazz Kitchen King & Queen!

Special Mardi Gras dishes include:

Seafood Gumbo:  gulf shrimp, crawfish tail, blue crab, holy trinity simmered in a rich seafood broth with rice

New Orleans Jambalaya: Creole-seasoned rice, chicken, Tasso ham, Andouille sausage

Red Beans & Rice: Camellia red beans, Andouille sausage, Tasso ham, Creole seasoning, white rice

Mini King Cakes: A flavored brioche dough laced with cinnamon & sugar

New Orleans Mardi Gras Bread Pudding: traditional bread pudding with crème anglaise and Mardi Gras sugar

Don’t forget to wear your Mardi Gras best— the costume contest will be on the main stage at 7:30PM. A $100 Kitchen gift card will be the first place prize!
