The Sky Room enjoys Champagne so much that every year they host a special tasting to showcase the range of flavor profiles, regions, and qualities. They sort through hundreds of champagnes and sparklers to pick the perfect ten wines that are truly exceptional. This year The Sky Room focused on “grower champagne.” This mean the farmer, who has the best understanding of the vineyard, grows and produces the wine. These wines are very small production and highly sought after.
