The Los Angeles Harbor College Culinary Arts Program is hosting an ACE Training Seminar on March 14, 2014.

If you are interested in participating in the eight (8) hour ACE Training Seminar,

Please complete the ACE Training Registration Form and return it to the ACF National Office, attn.: Bonnie Putman, Certification Manager.
There is no fee to participate in the ACE Training Seminar.

To become an ACE, you must:
Step 1: Complete the ACE http://www.acfchefs.org/images/pdf_icon.gifapplication and return it to the ACF national office, 180 Center Place Way, St. Augustine, FL 32095.
You must be an ACF certified CEC , CEPC , CCA, CCE , CMC , or CMPC; be an ACF member in good standing; have taken a practical exam
Exemptions:
· 5 or more years as a culinary instructor (documentation required),
· winning a silver medal or higher in the categories F-1, F-4, F-5, or G at an ACF/WACS competition,
· ACF Approved competition judge

Step 2: Attend an ACE Training seminar prior to apprenticing.

Step 3: Apprentice four times at any Test Site.
