This “BLIND” tasting of Champagnes will demonstrate the complexity and differences there are, along with surprise you about how we tend to perceive brands. There is no better way to see how much you really like the wines you drink, than by drinking them in a “BLIND” tasting. Each tasting will be accompanied with a cheese pairing.
