Chapter One: The Modern Local will be hosting a four-course dinner with whiskey pairings included on March 27, 2019 from 7pm to 9 pm. Guests will first enjoy an amuse bouche accompanied by a welcome cocktail made with Weller Special Reserve 90 proof whiskey. Then, for the first course, along with meals, guests will enjoy Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year 107 proof whiskey. The second course will be complemented by a pairing with Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 year 90.4 proof whiskey. George T. Stagg 124.9 proof whiskey will accompany the third course. Finally, for the fourth course of the dinner, guests will imbibe William Larue Weller 12 year 128.2 proof whiskey. This dinner will cost $195 per person plus tax and gratuity,
