Chef Noah von Blöm is ready to handle your Thanksgiving Dinner as he offers a complete meal to go with all the trimmings! ARC’s Thanksgiving Dinner serves up to 6 guests and features an Organic Rotisserie Turkey, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce ($275). In addition, guests may purchase sides to accompany the meal – Arugula Salad ($24), Brussels Sprouts ($28), Creamed Corn ($28), and Mac n’ Cheese ($30) – as well as Pumpkin and Apple Pie (9” pie, $28 each).

Orders must be placed by Friday, November 15th by calling 949-877-0190 or emailing marin@arcrestaurant.com. All dinners must be picked up on Thursday, November 28th at 9-10 a.m. or 1-2 p.m. at ARC Butcher & Baker (417 30th Street in Newport Beach).

Orange County is home to ARC, an American Roast House focused on scratch cooking, a hands-on approach to preparing all food and bar menu items. The restaurant, which offers lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and late-night offerings daily, is located at the South Coast Collection in Costa Mesa (3321 Hyland Avenue, Suite F). Located within the restaurant is ARC Pizza House, a concept that presents a menu of wood-fired pizzas and salads. Sister restaurant, ARC Butcher & Baker, located on the Newport Peninsula (417 30th Street), presents a menu with the same sophistication, in a more casual atmosphere. At both locations, Chef/Owner Noah Blom presents home made foods using only locally sourced, fresh ingredients and artisan-crafted products that deliver original flavors into every dish and cocktail. The result is hearty, rustic, oven-to-table food made for sharing, complemented by fresh, innovative cocktails.

Blom’s open kitchen demystifies the culinary process and serves to empowering the community with visible transparency and the use of quality, whole ingredients and tried techniques are presented in dishes that do not focus on one particular type of cuisine, but instead on simple, fresh and global flavors. In Blom’s open kitchen, everything is cooked over live fire, either on the grill (fueled with orange wood), or in the brick hearth (fueled by almond). The restaurant does not have a conventional range or oven, so anything and everything that is cooked, is cooked over wood. Cast iron, wood and black clay make up all the serving dishes to further emulate the natural appeal and inherent passion dedicated to every nuance of the items.

ARC Food & Libations is located in Costa Mesa’s South Coast Collection (3321 Hyland Avenue, Suite F; 949-500-5561), and ARC Butcher & Baker is located on the Newport Peninsula (417 30th Street; 949-877-0190). For more information, please visit https://www.arcrestaurant.com.
