So many couples dream of retiring to create their own winery. Few ever accomplish the dream, let alone actually create a significant, award-winning vintage that Wine Spectator rates as “Outstanding” among cabernets.
This is the legacy you will come to know at the Broadway Wine Dinner on Wednesday, Nov. 12th.Arrow&Branch was devised by Laguna Beach-based husband-and-wife team Steve and Seanne Contursi, who first fell in love with the wines of Bordeaux in 1985, and eventually created their own Coombsville vineyard property in 2007 with the specific intent to produce Bordeaux style wines in Napa Valley.On Nov. 12th, we’ll be tasting from theirsignificant collection, beginning with Arrow&Branch Sauvignon Blanc to two cabernet sauvignons sourced from different vineyards, as well as a cabernet franc blend. Chef Amar Santana has innovatedexquisite pairings for each of the five courses, including items such as Olive Oil Poached California Sturgeon, Sonoma Squab and Spice-Rubbed New Zealand Venison. Arrow&Branch’s own Winemaker, Jennifer Williams, will be walking us through each of the spectacular wines.
