Vaca Restaurant is excited to announce their upcoming wine dinner in mid September! Artadi Winery makes great wines in three wine making regions of Spain: Álava, Navarra and Alicante. Soils full of life and spirit, different climates and grape varieties with their own character. They grow 280 hectares of vineyards under organic farming respecting the expression of Terroir and the environment. This is a concept full of meaning, which defines clearly the origin of a wine with its own personality and character.
