Aviation is the name of our “pop up” restaurant in one of our private rooms at Nieuport 17. It features a different Chef each time it opens, normally on Thursday Nights. The dinners include multiple courses and paired wines selected by the Chef. The guests at the Aviation dinners all sit at one long table and they are very social and entertaining.
