Award-Winning Chef Tim Byres Takes Up Summer Residency at The Ecology Center

Chef Tim Byres will live on the farm in a 24’ Airstream and build a working open-air hearth, which will serve as the focal point for the constantly evolving, experiential dinners that explore the cultural and ecological cuisine of the San Juan Creek bioregion.

Part fine dining, part performance art, each event will take guests on a journey through the farm and property, offering experiences like brickmaking, live music, art, and conversation, all culminating in a multi-course open-sky dinner from Chef Byres.
