Battle of the Chefs- UP CLOSE, is a unique experience where you will be in a studio kitchen intimate setting watching the intricate details of each chefs skills during the battle.

Battle of the Chefs is an event where the guests are a part of a Live studio audience. The Semifinal 2, will take place on April 17th, 2018 at the Subzero and Wolf West Showroom! Doors open at 5:30 pm. It will be recorded and then air on OC Chef Life TV. Guests can join us at the live event by purchasing one of two different levels of seating: VIP Front Row or VIP. Each round, a charity is chosen from a group of applicants to benefit from the event.

Two of the best chefs from OC are chosen, at random, to face off. These chefs will be donating their time, talent and treasures to battle for the title of OC’s Ultimate Chef and to make their community a better place. Our Expert Panel will judge the Chef’s performance and cast their votes along with the studio audience. The Chefs will be given a topic for battle: Paella, Street Food, Pasta, etc. The chefs will then prepare their interpretation of this dish for 32 guests of the audience and Expert panel, who will then vote for which chef they believe should advance in the competition.
