Join CUCINA enoteca Newport Beach for the first dinner in 2018, part of their whole-animal series ‘BEAST FEAST.’ For this installment, Chef Joe and the culinary team will be showcasing an array of fowl. Seating at this intimate dinner will be limited to 20 people. All beverages are purchased a la carte.

poached duck egg + duck prosciutto | mizuna + winter citrus
