Forget the fermented grapes and put down the fancy wine list because CUCINA enoteca Newport Beach is combining forces with The Bruery on Tuesday, June 14th for a night of hops, malts, and sours during an exclusive pairing event with Italian-inspired bites and Southern California pours!
This one-night-only collaboration, hosted on CUCINA enoteca’s rustic garden patio, features six food stations helmed by Executive Chef Joe Magnanelli and Chef de Cuisine Cesar Sarmiento, with each dish uniquely paired alongside a sudsy pour. Among a lineup of sour, barrel aged, and wild beers, The Bruery, Orange County based brewery specializing in barrel aged and experimental ales, will also be offering their new charitable brand, Share This, an imperial stout with coffee. Brewed with coffee from the Philippines sourced by the local roasters at Mostra Coffee in San Diego, a dollar from each bottle produced of the Share This coffee is donated to Free Wheelchair Mission’s efforts in the Philippines. So grab your friends for a night of al fresco dining and charitable pours at Newport Beach’s favorite California-inspired Italian kitchen!
