Chef Gabe Caliendo is working on a special collaboration brew with Golden Road Brewing’s head brewer Jesse Houck to transform Gabe’s award-winning German Ale home brew recipe into an Oktoberfest Lager that will be part of Lazy Dog’s special Oktobefest American-made German-style Beer Sampler. The sampler of six beers will be available from 9/25 10/31 at all Lazy Dog Restaurants, along with a special pretzel-crusted schnitzel (details below!).
