Blackmarket Bakery will be celebrating the Grand Opening of its new retail location and bakery. Chef/Owner Rachel Klemek will be sampling many of incredible cakes, rich pastries and fresh breads – just a few of the items that showcase her inspired approach to baking and passion for her craft. She will be donating 15% of the evening’s sales to Share Our Selves, which provides food, clothing and emergency financial aid for housing, transportation, prescriptions and children’s needs to those in the local community. There is no cost to attend this event, but guests must RSVP to [email protected]. During the event, guests will be able to sample Blackmarket Bakery’s scratch-made baked goods, which include retro breads, rolls, brioche buns, oatmeal stout rolls, shortbreads, bars, cobblers, tarts, cookies, scones, croissants, and muffins. There will also be an assortment of the spaces new hot-pressed sandwich and open-faced ice cream sandwich offerings.
